Presenting the IPT Yamada Milled Putter Series
Tohru Yamada has made a name for himself over the last 25 years making the finest handmade putters in the game, whilst the average golfer may have never heard of Yamada the major golf brands & pro golfers understand his greatness oh to well. Yamada has crafted & designed putters for many of if not all the major brands on a limited edition basis. Due to the high quality control & thorough putter making process Yamada is only able to produce up to 1,000 putters per year & of that 100 have been allocated for the Australian golfing market.
Yamada himself spends countless working on his designs & adding slight alterations to making the best performed golf club in your bag each putter is made with highest grade zero tolerance steel to provide the sweetest softest feel imaginable. A Yamada putter feels like no other putter in the world. Yamada ever the perfectionist believes in a heavier weight but not to heavy putter with a better balancing system.
Yamada States: “Most putters today are either to light or don’t have enough loft what we aim with our putter designs is to make the simplest face hit a good stroke our putter gives a good roll like no other for this reason we add more weight there is nothing worse than adding led or weight to your putter it destroys the putters balance so we believe in making the solid block heavier then balancing it, this is better solution”.
This year on the Australian Von Nida Tour Yamada putters have recorded 10 Tour Wins, 30 top 10’s & is the most successful putter on tour.
There are current 6 Yamada Putters available in the range at the Putting Warehouse.
